Return Policy
At Marlin & Magnolia, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at Sales@marlinandmagnolia.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
